We ship orders the same or next business day, depending on the time of purchase.
Delivery typically takes 1-3 days with some items requiring shipping on a pallet. If you have an urgent request, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
The warehouse is open for collections:
8.00am-4.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am-11.30am on Saturdays.
Please note – the warehouse is closed for collection on Saturdays that immediately follow Bank holidays on a Friday, or proceed Bank Holidays on a Monday.
Christmas despatch / opening times
Our last day for despatch is Monday 22nd December 2025, any orders received after 1pm on Friday will not be shipped until Thursday 2nd January 2025.
Warehouse collection is available all day until Tuesday 23rd December 2025, collections not made by this date will next be available for collection from Friday 2nd January 2026.
Delivery charges are based on the item(s) and delivery location, these are calculated at checkout before payment it taken. If you have several items to order, it maybe worth checking with us first – as we may have cheaper alternatives to consolidate multiple items. Delivery charges are based on deliveries to manned business premises with the facility to unload the goods. The carriers charge extra for the following services: Booked-in deliveries, Timed Deliveries, Tail-Lift Deliveries, Failed deliveries and Residential address deliveries. If your delivery requirement falls in one of these brackets, you need to contact us first. (Please also see terms and conditions in customer services). We have very large stocks available and so we welcome free collection on almost all of our items.
The website accepts orders for shipment to UK Mainland, Industrial Scotland and The Scottish Highlands – we reserve the right to cancel any internet order which falls outside of the standard zones. For any other areas such as Dublin, EIRE, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland – please phone us for a carriage quote – or alternatively, you are welcome to arrange collection from our warehouse.
Please contact us for further details. Many of our products carry a return to base warranty, but the warranty does not extend to areas outside the standard delivery zones mentioned above.
Polyurethane are generally the most popular wheel type and are a cast wheel with a polyurethane tyre around the outer, this wheel gives a better grip on smooth floors and is quieter running than Nylon. This softer wheel type also tends to be better for use on delicate flooring (finished floor surface).
Nylon wheels are a hard rigid plastic wheel, they tend to be better in areas that may have debris on the floor such as engineering work shops etc as the debris does not penetrate into the wheel.
Yes, but they must be requested at the time of order and an administration charge may be payable.

Basic care and regular maintenance are the mainstays of keeping your pallet truck running smoothly and problem free year after year.
